Class is held on the ocean side of Kapiolani Park, left of the Barefoot Beach Cafe. You will be led through a 60 minute gentle vinyasa flow. Mahalo!!!

Meeting and pickup information
- Class is held to the left of the Barefoot Beach Cafe facing the ocean. Look for a blue sign, a wagon, and most likely music! We set up about a couple hundred feet away from from the cafe building. Please bring a water bottle, mat/towel, and sunscreen!
