Liked: Close to shopping mall

Liked: Rooms were great, very close to Ala Moana Shopping Centre. There was a pink bus line that could take you through to Waikiki for $6 outside of Ala Moana. Can't really say its a beach view, still a nice view from the 15th floor. Staff were friendly 🙂

Liked: The lobby was a lovely area to sit and plan your day

Could be better: The rooms didn’t quite match the opulence of the lobby

Liked: It was nice, clean. The AC worked well. The employees were nice, helpful when we interacted. The microwave was a plus and the refrigerator was a decent size. Valet was right on it.

Could be better: The bathroom was small and the tub sides were too tall. The TV didn't stream.

Liked: The room was a good size. Lobby had a Starbucks.

Could be better: It was a bit far from all the restaurants and shops except Ala Moana

Liked: Location by ala Moana and Waikiki.

Liked: This hotel is next to Ala Moana shopping center which is why we chose this. If you're looking for the heart of Waikiki, this is not the place. Walking distance to Waikiki and shopping and restaurants.

Could be better: A little dated, maybe a quick refresh if you're picky

Liked: Great location right next to the Alamoana shopping centre - shopping there us awesome. Hotel opposite the Ala Moana beach park - great for walks, swim and picnics

Liked: Other than the view that I didn’t like and there was no balcony Everything else was great.

Liked: Was able to check in early. Liked the room location with a ocean view.

Could be better: Requested a ADA room with two double beds. This hotel only offers one single bed for their ADA . I had to request a rollaway bed for my caregiver to sleep. Also the closet rods to hang your clothes were too high. As a wheelchair user I was unable to reach the hangers being too high. Also they had a ADA push button that helps with the door to open and close but it didn’t work.

Could be better: Cost to park your rental car.

Liked: The hotel feels like you are staying at a place priced like a Four Seasons. THe lobby is huge and elegant, you hear beautiful Hawaiian music as soon as you enter the lobby. THe view from our room on the 28th floor was INCREDIBLE!!! All staff interactions were very friendly.

Could be better: I wish the breakfast for 27 dollars per person was free for guests. We only went ine time, and even though they had amazing breakfast choices, it's too costly. The gift shops are too expensive. I wish that had had vending machines to be able to get headache medications when the gift shop was closed after hours.

Liked: This hotel is a short drive to Waikiki. I wouldn't say it's walking distance though, so definitely need a car or to plan to Uber/Lyft. There is an onsite parking garage for $41/day which is worth it-except when you come back late there won't be spaces in there so you have to park offsite. Starbucks in lobby and cute stores. Prime Steak on the 36th floor is amazing.

Could be better: Breakfast buffet is good but the same food is served every day. Our room had a balcony that looked onto the roof below and other hotels which was a bummer. I would have paid a little more for a better view. Beds were fulls, not queens and were kind of hard. Be prepared to spend a ton of time waiting on elevators during busy times and the stairs are not a good option.

Liked: The convenience. The hotel's location was great for the purpose of our trip. We were able to walk to many of the places.

Could be better: Parking seemed to pose a struggle some nights; as the garage would be full.

Could be better: My room was the furthest from the lobby and a half a mile round trip to breakfast. I have mobility issues so it was not a good thing.

Liked: Close to Ala Moana

Could be better: Lounge and reception area small and furniture worn out. Starbucks closed at 5 pm so very limited seating in public space.
