Could be better: 予約段階からオーナーさんとの英語でのメールのやりとりが必須で、しかも英語でのチェックインの指示も難しく、、ハラハラだった。電化製品の使い方がよく分からず困った

Liked: The studio is very nice. The bed is comfortable. We had everything we needed for a beach trip. The kitchenette is well equipped. The whole place feels freshly renovated.

Could be better: The air conditioner is very loud, making it difficult to sleep. Also, the garbage is collected downstairs on the street at 6 a.m. every day. Even though there are blackout shades, the ambient light is difficult. Bring earplugs and a sleep mask. The parking has only about a dozen slots for a 12-story building, so parking is several blocks away and costs about $50 per day.

Could be better: It could have done with a proper toaster, took 10 minutes to toast a bagel in the combi microwave. Would have been nice to have a couple of camping chairs to take down to the beach. Aircon unit very noisy.

Liked: Spent 6 nights , love the location, one Block to the beach, easy way to get out Waikiki, by Ala wai canal or by Diamond Head , 3 blocks to International Market, trucks foods less than 100m..safe building, air condition, quick respond from manager when needed, always helpfull...Aloha and Mahalo

Liked: This was my first time traveling alone and I couldn't have imagined a better place to stay! The apartment was perfectly equipped - there was everything you need, including towels and beach stuff. The accommodation is right in the center and only 2 minutes away from Waikīkī Beach. Every morning I could enjoy the wonderful view of the ocean and the sunrise - an absolute dream!The host was incredibly attentive and helpful and always responded very quickly to my messages. As I was in Hawaii for a conference, it was important for me to have peace and relaxation in the evening so that I could concentrate well the next day - and that was absolutely the case here! The accommodation exceeded all my expectations. I can only recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a perfect place for fantastic views with good opportunities to relax and surf. Liked: The room was so cute! Perfect place to stay if you don’t to spend a lot of money on a hotel. It even has a little stove top, with burners. An ice machine, mini fridge, microwave and a Keurig! Just a few blocks from the beach and close to stores and the mall! The owner was so quick to respond when I needed help with anything. You can see a little bit of the ocean from the room and it looks absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

Could be better: Parking garage is $30 for 24 hours, which isn’t bad compared to other places . You can park in tower 2 or tower 1 parking garage regardless of where you bought ticket. The only downside is that the spots are first come first serve. So if you buy a 24 hour ticket, your parking spot is not guaranteed. The owner was super helpful and also sent me a map of streets with free parking and another parking garage in the area.

Liked: James was an excellent host, communicative and responsive to our needs. Location and facilities are great. Small but comfortable room with easy access explained prior to arrival.
