• Blue Ocean Snorkeling We meet in front of the PIER D #112 gate.** Please come 20-30 minutes earlier to find parking as the tour promptly leaves at a set time.
• ⚠️ Pick-up service is available only from designated locations within Waikiki.After completing your reservation, please contact us directly to arrange your pick-up. Once we receive your email, we will review your reservation and send you a confirmation with your assigned pick-up details.Please include the following information:* Your email address * Hotel name or accommodation address * Reservation number * Tour date * Tour timeWe will assign the designated pick-up location closest to your hotel or accommodation.⚠️ Important: The time shown on your voucher is the boat departure time, not your hotel pick-up time.Hotel pick-up usually takes place approximately one hour before the tour departure time. • Cancellation/Refund Policy - If you notify us by the day of departure (2~days): No cancellation/refund
• First-time snorkelers and less-confident swimmers are welcome. Life jackets are provided, and our experienced crew can assist guests in the water using flotation boards, helping you enjoy the snorkeling experience more comfortably and confidently.
• Guests who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take motion sickness medication before boarding.
