Liked: ロケーション、部屋の清潔さ、駐車場付きなどが良かった。

Could be better: カードの決済に関して、二重請求となり、現在返答待ち。 Booking.comからは宿泊施設へ直接交渉するよう案内があったが、宿泊施設のロイヤルワイキキでは対応出来ず、Booking.comに再度対応してもらっている。 ワイキキに滞在中に交渉していた為、日本への連絡(カード会社)など労力や電話代が負担になっていた。
