Liked: Beautiful property and excellent stay. The views are every bit as beautiful as pictured. The kitchen was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Beds and couch were very comfortable. The building is perfectly located, just a short walk (two blocks) from Waikiki Beach. Parking within the building was extremely convenient.One thing to note is that the air conditioner (which works well) is located in the family room - so if you’re closing the doors (to separate the sleeping quarters from the family room and create the separate bedroom) the air conditioning does not cool the bedroom. The apartment was overall excellent though and we would absolutely stay here again.

Liked: Localisation, parking, équipement au top; lits et literie très confortables. Balcon très agréable, vue sur l’océan entre les gratte-ciel. Calme malgré le tohu-bohu de Waikiki.

Could be better: Baignoire avec douche fixe, dommage pour un appartement rénové.

Liked: Very conveniently located just steps from Waikiki beach lots of food and gift stores nearby. We did rent a car and parking in Honolulu is pretty difficult and costly, it was nice to just pull into the garage and find a spot near the elevator.

Could be better: Th pool was being worked on and during the day the construction noise was a bit much, but we knew that was going to be the situation when we booked. We rarely spend time in the pool when we travel generally, we are exploring or on the beach.

Liked: Great location. Clean property. Nice kitchen with plenty of utensils. A good number of towels. Shower worked well.

Could be better: Smaller than it appeared on the pictures. Area for toilet and bath tub was very tight. Air conditioner was quite loud. No key to sauna room was provided even though the guidebook gave instruction about using it. A couple of issues with the building management: 1. One of the 2 whirl pool was not working, and, per some residents, had been in bad condition for quite some time. So I didn’t get to use the whirl pool (tried twice; the 2nd one was always crowded) 2. There was an emergency announcement for evacuation during our stay. However, it came in Japanese which we don’t understand. While we were making our way down the stairs from 34th floor, the emergency was cleared but there were no announcements in the stairwell so we didn’t know the clearance until we got to the lobby. I brought up both issues to the front desk staff and got the response that I should talk to the security because she did not work with them. The lack of coordination was very clear and would’ve caused real issues were there a true emergency.

Liked: The condo was nice. It was clean and set up just as described. The location was great as it is close to most within walking distance.

Could be better: It would be nice to have more towels to accommodate the length of stay and more cleaning/disinfectant supplies available.

Liked: The condo is really nice, spacious and the view is indeed amazing.

Could be better: We would have loved some dishwashing facilities-diswasher or a larger rack, but for 2 nights we managed pretty good.
