Liked: Ubytování v centru, čisté, moderní a velmi vybavené. Oceňujeme, že hotel má v ceně parkování, to je na Waikiki velmi obtížné sehnat za rozumnou cenu.
Liked: ベットが清潔感がありキッチンも広く電化製品も揃っていてお料理もやりやすかったです。 各階にコインランドリーもありました。 レンタカーも借りましたが無料で置けて良かったです。 また、ワイキキビーチにも近くパラソルや椅子が持って行けたのでゆっくりビーチで過ごせました。
Could be better: 最初、ドアの開け方がわかりませんでしたがホテルの方が親切に対応していただきました。
Liked: Everything was very convenient and comfortable, the room was clean, located within walking distance from the beach.
Liked: The property was just perfect for a family of 3. Loved the 2 double beds and the sofa bed. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with even the smallest of concerns. Thank you for a wonderful stay and until next time.
Could be better: Would have liked a clothes rack provided but was happy that I was allowed to get one and leave for future guests.

Could be better: checking time is too late 3pm I called the office to as a favor let us at least leave our 5 luggage because we were tired from the flight. They refer us to a location a block away to drop off and pay to leave our luggage. Also I had to call several times code was not working. Other that that location is great it feel like a safe place and very clean. The room was ready in advance check by a staff.
