Liked: Great location, very clean and well maintained, has lots of extras like chairs, beach umbrella, balls, snorkel and masks, did not nickel and dime you; checkout was super easy. They even let us check in early and leave late as no one was before or after us. One of the best rental experiences ever.

Could be better: Nothing it was awesome

Liked: The apartment was very clean and fresh with all the amenities that you need. Free parking is another plus. The host was very accommodating and fast responding. Very good indeed.

Liked: Beautiful condo very close to everything and a couple blocks from the beach. Anything you could possibly need was provided by the host including paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, plastic cutlery, zip lock bags and trash bags. Our family of 8 stayed for 8 nights and had a wonderful visit.

Could be better: The building the condo is located in is very old and could use an update.

Liked: Never have I been at an accommodation that was so well-stocked or equipped with things, whether for a visit to the beach or for cooking, storing of food, coffee (and creamer!), paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), etc. It was over the top! And, of course, the free parking spot makes a huge difference. I highly recommend Ty's place.!

Liked: I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Waikiki Beach rental! The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The fully stocked kitchen—including a rice cooker, rice, olive oil, condiments, ziplocks, disposable cutlery —made meal prep easy, and the little extras like sunscreen, aftershaves and even baby oil showed great attention to detail.The beach essentials were a huge plus—umbrella, towels, beach buggy, and toys for the kids made our outings effortless. Inside, we appreciated the bidet, chargers of all kinds, a portable speaker, free Netflix, and the convenience of in-suite laundry. The bedding was very soft and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay in Waikiki. I would definitely book again!

Liked: We loved that it was so well ‘accessorised’! There were so many extra things included in the condo that it was just like being at home. If we needed something, it was there! It seems that no expense has been spared in setting up the condo, plenty of great facilities which were very well looked after. Being on the top floor was great. It is such a short stroll to the beach and shops, so was a great location. We loved our stay at this amazing condo. Fantastic experience overall.

Could be better: There is not much we didn’t like! We were a family of five and so needed to use the sofa bed/extra beds. They are not the most comfortable beds to sleep on, but were perfectly adequate. Waikiki is a pretty busy and noisy place, so even on the top floor it was quite noisy with lots of sirens and city noises. The condo wasn’t that sound proof, but this isn’t really a negative about the property but more just an observation.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and amenities

Liked: The location was excellent, within walking distance to so many places. It seems the host tried to think of all the things a guest could need; however, with that being said the closet wasn't really available for hanging clothes as it was packed full with a crib or playpen and highchair. Also, there wasn't any chest of drawers available to put clothes in, so you literally have to live out of a suitcase - personal preference, it's just nice to have!

Could be better: It was a bit of a struggle to get into the lock box to retrieve the keys and replace them. Also, the super steep decline/incline into the garage is a little daunting - you can't see if any person or thing is in the driveway coming out of the garage especially and the location of the parking spot can be challenging to get in or out of depending on whether other vehicles are parked in surrounding spaces.

Liked: There are too many things to list of how amazing this place and the host was! The location was prime real estate. Everything was provided within the suite beach. Toys, beach accessories, bookie, boards. All the cooking supplies that you could possibly imagine as long with spices and so much more.

Could be better: There is nothing I can say I did not like.

Liked: The facilities were excellent, and we had a comfortable stay as a family.

Liked: The apartment was well appointed with plenty of space for our group size and the space advertised. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Could be better: Sometimes things happened. During our stay, the issue with the main elevator being serviced occurred and ensuring access to operational elevator was immediately addressed to our satisfaction.

Liked: Perfect for what we needed. Secure and safe w all needed amenities.

Could be better: I thought there was a pool but beach was super close.

Liked: Location was great, middle of everything and close to the beach and condo was comfortable and very well stocked. Ty, our contact person was great, always available and got back to me timely. Parking spot came with the condo, very convenient.

Liked: The condo was amazing! I don't think a single detail was missed to make our stay amazing!!! Very clean and beautifully done. It was plenty of room for our family of 6, a block from the beach, and all the things we needed for the beach days. Thank you so much again. Highly recommend.

Liked: I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with family or group of friends! One of the best hotel stay’s that my family and I has ever experienced. We didn’t have to worry about any kitchen essentials or toiletries and other necessities because it was all provided. The property was very spacious, with comfortable lounge seating, big comfy beds and 2 big bathrooms. Their was also a laundry dryer and washer with laundry liquid and powder provided. We also loved the swimming gear, shade cover, chairs and stroller to take when visiting the beaches. I was able to share many beautiful memories with my family here. The apartment was also very secure and we always felt safe.The host was also a very lovely person and took great care whenever we required something.

Could be better: We loved our stay and everything about the property.

Liked: Forget the hotel and stay here instead. Everything was new and refreshed. Includes all the essentials for your stay. Lots of space and right next to plenty of restaurants, shops and the beach.

Liked: Location was quiet, and just a short walk to the beach and heart of Waikiki. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean with great showers. Everything we needed was provided, from laundry soap to beach chairs. The free parking was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit.

Could be better: The building itself is a bit dated, and one (of two) elevators was out of service for half a day. The room itself seems recently remodeled, as it was up to date.

Liked: My family love this place. Everything is new. It has everything that we needed and close to the beach. I would recommend this place to family.
