Liked: Alles!!! Wir wurden von allen Mitarbeitern sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Der Beste und Herzlichste von allen war Richard I. Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Sehr schön, Top Ausstattung, gepflegt. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Waikiki oder um Oahu zu erkunden. Kommen gerne wieder!!!

Liked: It’s so new and modern. Everything really fresh and clean. There’s water stations on each floor. Sunscreen available. The lobby has complimentary coffee. Lastly the staff were so friendly and helpful. The lobby staff Richard I and the team were always so friendly and happy when we’d head out for the day. Really helpful too.

Could be better: Nothing

Could be better: Gym equipment was a bit limited, small pool and old pool chairs

Liked: Idéalement placé à Waikiki, literie confortable, personnel très amical !

Could be better: Chambre (suite) un peu étroite, adaptée à la clientèle japonaise où les chambres d'hôtels sont très petites

Liked: The property was amazing. Clean and friendly staff.

Could be better: The only negative is that they don’t have a jacuzzi on the premises.

Liked: Centrale ligging, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, zeer goede faciliteiten.

Could be better: Parkeren is duur. Maar dat is overal in Waikiki het geval.

Liked: 진짜 깨끗하고 가족이 쓰기에 넓고 좋았다 위치도 메인거리와 매우 가까움 직원들이 친절하다 거실 쇼파베드도 편안했음 물을 사먹을필요가 없음

Could be better: 샤워기수압이 약한데 사용하기는 괜찮았어요

Liked: I like the cleanliness of the facility. Kitchen is equipped of what we are going to need.

Could be better: I only have one suggestion. To put sign for the entrance . We turn into circles two times because we couldn’t find the place once we found it we need to go back. When we went back we missed the entrance because there is no sign. Since we are not familiar with the place it can easily missed.

Liked: I've never received so many advance confirmation phone calls from a hotel property before check-in. The first one seemed unnecessary but like a nice, welcoming gesture... but by calls 4 and 5, over-eager and bothersome. Otherwise it is a very new, clean, and comfortable property. Laundry is free but always occupied and clearly undersized for the number of guests.

Liked: Great location for being Central in Waikiki, everything within walking distance. If its going to be your first time in hawaii and you are used to cities, and like everything being within walking distance, its a great spot. Also really convenient are the "hui" cars parked in the garage, didn't need to go anywhere when we needed to rent a car.

Could be better: Like most of waikiki, the drinks were on the weaker side. The coffee provided in the room also pretty weak, as was similar to the rest of the waikiki unfortunately. The pool view is perfect, just wish it was a little bigger.

Liked: La ubicación es perfecta , a pocos pasos de la zona comercial , de resturantes y de la playa de Waikiki. Apartamento impecable , cómodo, acogedor y muy limpio y bien mantenido. Toallas y ropa de cama de calidad. Limpieza diaria . Repetiría !

Could be better: La zona de la piscina en el último piso, poco acogedora, piscina muy pequeña . Que la recepción esté en el primer piso. Parking excesivo , 55$ día , eso sí te lo aparcan y traen cada vez q lo necesitas .

Liked: Nice location, rooms were spacious and nice simple amenities. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooftop offers a great view of Friday fireworks in Waikiki. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Staff where the friendliest I have ever seen, from bell boys to cleaning staff they couldn’t do enough for you. I will be back!

Liked: Great family spot to stay at when ever you’re in Hawaii Waikiki area close to beach and shops will definitely stay there again.

Liked: Property is on the main straight of the shops and only a short walk to both beach and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and newly renovated.
