Liked: Appartement confortable et bien aménagé, Petite terrasse agréable. Emplacement idéal pour des vacances à waikiki. Je recommande pour des vacances en famille.
Could be better: Cependant une rénovation de l’appartement serait nécessaire car le mobilier commence à être abîmé.
Liked: Faciliteiten.zoals bijvoorbeeld 2 strandstoelen met parasol waren zeer handig en makkelijk te dragen naar het strand. Alles wat je nodig had in het apartment was aanwezig. Eerste dag bleek een verstopping van de wastafel. Na melding hiervan werd het de volgende dag al snel opgelost.
Could be better: Apartment dient eigenlijk wel opgeknapt te worden. Tapijt in slechte staat en bank was behoorlijk ingezakt en niet erg comfortabel. Dienstlift was bij aankomst kapot en na vertrek nog steeds.dit had als gevolg dat je erg lang moest wachten voordat er plaats was in de liften. Soms wel 10 a 15 minuten. Was soms wel erg irritant
Liked: Great location, close to Waikiki beach, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attractions, also convenient for bus, coach and trolley. Comfortable apartment, separate living area, decent bedroom and full kitchen, laundry on same floor. Nice views towards the mountains, awesome pool and barbecue area.
Liked: Location, free parking, well appointed kitchen. The pool and BBQ area on the roof deck were kid-friendly and clean. Good communication with the property management firm. Easy access and instructions. The bed was very comfortable.
Could be better: The unit we stayed in was honestly dated and very well- worn. It definitely needed investment in a face lift. The carpet was grimy and frayed in some places, cabinet facing was peeling, an upholstered chair in the living room had a big tear. Given the condition of the place, it seemed overpriced. The Pictures on the Booking site are not current.The building had a boiler failure that disrupted water to our unit for a day and a half, but that’s not the Host’s fault. They were responsive and offered a discount for a the inconvenience. There’s really only so much they could do.
