Could be better: Cleanliness, some areas of building need an update, couldn’t utilize all facilities - but it was noted that they’d be under construction so I don’t blame the host.

Liked: We stayed here as a family of three (2 adults + 1 child) and had a great experience. The apartment is very well equipped, with comfortable beds (one double bed and a sofa bed), a fully stocked kitchen that makes cooking easy, and air conditioning. The apartment also comes with free parking, and we never had any issues finding a spot at any time of day.There were starter packs provided in both the bathroom and the kitchen, everything was perfectly clean, and communication with Midway Vacation, who handled the booking, was excellent. The self check-in and check-out process was very easy thanks to the coded entry.On top of that, the apartment has a beautiful view of the mountains, the golf course, and partially of the ocean from the side. Beach gear is also provided, including two beach chairs, towels and beach towels, an umbrella, and a small beach cooler, which made our trips to the beach very convenient.The location is excellent as well – very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, a fantastic stay for our family!

Could be better: The only downside was that we only found out after booking that the entire recreation floor with the pool and BBQ area was out of service during our stay.

Liked: Since I'm the first review for this property I will go into details. First, the apartment is jus as pictured, beautiful views from the 36th floor, spotlessly clean, and spaciously comfortable for two people. There is no direct contact with a "host." However, the managing company is very explicit in its instructions in how to access the parking garage (where there is always parking spaces available), the building and the apartment. The apartment has a sort of iPad on the wall where you can access information and contact them. We did not use the pool and BBQ areas on the 6th floor. Each floor has a laundry room with one washer & one dryer operated with quarters. The apartment has two beach chairs and two beach towels. Also, two sets of towels were provided for our 1-week stay. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, utensils, flatware, set of dishes, and glasses. The knives need sharpening. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is acceptable for a 36th floor. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Waikiki Beach, bus stops, plenty of restaurants and ABC stores which are ubiquitous (like a 7-11, CVS and gift shop all in one.) BTW you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas all along Waikiki Beach. Overall, the apartment is a great choice!
