Liked: The Condo was well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prep a meal. There were beach towels, chairs and umbrella for beach activities. A true gem of a Condo. The free parking was a huge bonus!

Liked: Everything was great!Location: it’s was just few minutes away from the beach. Very accessible and convenient location. If you will book a tour with pick up and drop off point, this was just 5-7 minutes away from those area.Amenities: they are complete package! Feels like home away from home. Very spacious.It also helped us to save money as we cooked our breakfast and sometimes dinner on our own unit. The bed is pretty big too, amazing view at the balcony. Plus the free parking lot is just wow!Staff: Nelly, and their team was really helpful. It was a last minute booking and their team help me out about my itineraries. They are very responsive and attentive to all my questions I asked to them. Can’t thank them enough how helpful they were.Overall, it was a delightful experience staying here. I highly recommend this to everyone and to my friends. Why book a fancy expensive hotel if you can have an accommodation that has everything on it. If you want to save some money without affecting the kind of vacation you are looking at, book this now☺️

Could be better: The mattress on a sofa could have been a little bit more comfortable, but it wasn’t terrible

Liked: Location & views. Parking included a big plus.

Could be better: Unit was smaller than appeared in photos. Tri-panel doors separating living & sleeping areas was very wobbly& old wooden track an impediment. Bathroom was especially tight and had no entry door which was very odd & inconvenient nighttime .

Liked: Very great amenities ( pool and playground for the kids). The view of the mountains was amazing and the location was fantastic, it’s literally just 3 min walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The free parking was a must and we easily found a spot to park our rental car. The property was very kid friendly for young families . Being able to rent a crib was essential and very helpful.

Could be better: The floor would benefit a deep mopping/ cleaning.

Could be better: Not all elevators were functioning at rush ours.

Liked: The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach and also close to every kind of store and restaurant. Check-in (or rather, not needing to check in) was very convenient. The staff were helpful, and other guests were friendly. The playground on the 6th floor was fun for our son.

Could be better: The balcony door is stuck and requires a strong person to open. The sliding bedroom door is not properly mounted and possibly in danger of falling on someone. The walls and door are thin; people in the hallway can hear you talk. The dryer on the 28th floor is damaged (the mounting for the lint filter is halfway detached) and takes twice as long to dry clothes; we ended up using the dryer in the 27th floor instead.

Liked: Beautiful and clean. Close walk to beach and zoo !!!
