Liked: Amazing location and Facility. It has everything you need for a family to enjoy Waikiki. You are in the heart of downtown. The Facility staff especially valet are top notch!

Liked: The location is fantastic. The view is superb. It was a very comfortable spacious condo for us. (Two couples) We spent a lot of time sitting on the lanai enjoying the view and relaxing. Great to have good kitchen facilities and a washing machine. We made use of the communal BBQ and its dining area. Note this area needs to be booked, but really worth it with staff preheating the BBQ for your time slot and cleaning the BBQ afterwards. (Note this property is a private condo in the Waikiki Beach Tower, run by the Ashton group.) We had to Valet park the car with staff at the entrance. Reception staff were helpful to a point that it then became the owners responsibility.

Could be better: It was a shame one of the outdoor chairs was broken as we spent so much time out there. (Dining chair was used on occasion but not as comfortable to relax in.) We started with only 2 wine glasses but that was quickly sorted by our host. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond so no issues there.

Liked: Amazing view of Waikiki beach from the apartment. The apartment was so spacious and had all amenities to make for a great long stay! The host was very helpful and was always available when I needed assistance. Thank you for a wonderful stay my family and I enjoyed our vacation even more knowing we had an amazing room waiting for us at the end of each day. Also all the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful!

Liked: Amazing view of Waikiki beach. Comfortably sized for an apartment catering to 6 people. Excellent location one block away from the beach and close to plenty of shops.

Could be better: Some extra kitchen amenities such as olive oil, sugar, etc. would have made the stay perfect!

Liked: The location was EXCELLENT! 1/2 block from Kuhio Beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. We loved the valet service. The guys were always available to help and cheerful. And they are masters at packing the car. Checkin was a breeze, and the staff was VERY accommodating. Our unit was very private and quiet - we never heard other guests at all. The balcony was amazing, and we spent all of our time out there. The beds were comfy and the sofa bed was pretty good too.

Liked: We loved the gorgeous and expansive view from the lanai, living room and kitchen. It was a very special place to start our Hawaiian Christmas holiday. We loved sitting on the lanai and listening to the ocean and enjoying the stunning sunsets. The property was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, snorkels and umbrellas. The location was great and valet parking staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Could be better: The a/c in the back bedroom was not working well and we had to turn it to 50 degrees just to make the room bearable. There were no directions to the property’s driveway entrance. It was difficult to find where to enter because the entrance was not at the property’s street address. It was impossible to find using map navigation. We didn’t even know the name of condo building: Wikiki Beach Tower. We ended up having to call the owner from our car to help us find the entrance. Also, there were no guest instructions about the condo inside the property. We had to contact the manager to ask questions and get suggestions for restaurants, etc. For future guests, please include a guest info book. Also, there was no pool because it was under repair and not available.

Liked: The location was perfect on the main stretch of Waikiki. Could walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Great valets and reception staff. However, as great & comfortable the condo was; the balcony view made the whole experience worth while. We enjoyed sitting out there every morning and evening for sun rise and sunset.

Could be better: We had to leave!

Liked: The location is fantastic. Across the beach with a 21rst floor view. ABC store next door for last minute groceries, souvenirs and supplies. Shopping from convenience to high-end stores and lots of dining options, coffee shops, etc. all on the same street, easy walk. The building is secure and staff are friendly and helpful. Valet service for underground parking. Storage available for surfboards and valet service stored our luggage after checkout. Elevators work well. The gym facilities were clean and spacious, and the outdoor patio was inviting and had a pool table. The condo itself has a wonderful feel, bright and luminous with incredible ocean views and sunsets. Mountain view from the back. Ample space for the family. Nice balcony with lots of space for a family lunch. There were convenience items such as coffee in the kitchen, laundry soap, toilet paper, shampoo and provided beach towels and chairs, and even a high chair and playpen. AC worked well. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were excellent, and provided a good night's sleep. Ample storage room. Double sink in the MB. The view is incredible, even a mountain view from the back windows. Complimentary wifi was appreciated. TV worked well and additional TV in the MB. The condo manager, Jasmine as well as the owner were quick to respond to our questions and provided fantastic support for our stay.

Could be better: The living room furniture was dated and in need of an upholstery clean. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable and not the cleanest, it needs to be replaced. However, the owner provided a new mattress topper and bedding for our stay and was accommodating. A few small items were left behind under the couch but overall the condo was clean. Street noise and wind noise in the back rooms due to older windows, but the condo is soundproof otherwise. The pool was closed at the time of our visit for renovations, but not an issue since the beach is across the street and there is a nice protected swim area.
